Jacob and his dogs. I don't know if we have other pictures of Nash (in the brown) and Scarf (with the blue scarf). These are Jacob's "best dogs" as he will tell you. They are his buds who rarely leave his side. He complains that sometimes they bark and wake him up at night but generally they are his friends. They have conversations together. They wait for him by the door when he leaves home. He feeds them, trains them, loves them.

Jacob in time out. Jacob's time outs have become somewhat ineffective lately. He usually has to go to timeout for something he has done to Joshua. Joshua however likes to go and join Jacob sitting against the wall, defeating the purpose of some alone time to "cool off".

Jacob's new room. To prepare for the new baby, we put the boys in the same room. After a few weeks of Jacob waking Joshua up in the middle of the night and Joshua waking Jacob up because he thinks that is fun and everyone being tired, Jacob said he would like to move downstairs. This still makes me a little nervous but Jacob loves it and everyone loves their sleep.
