Pasta E Fagioli

I love new recipes and recently tried a good one.  Abe loves this soup from Olive Garden and said the recipe was just as good.  Jacob loved it and my picky ones picked at it like they do everything so it's a keeper. 

1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1 1/2 carrots finely shredded
1/2 cup celery chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can white kidney beans, drained
2 cups beef stock
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 t pepper
2 1/2 t parsley
1/2 t tabasco
1/2 jar prego traditional
4 oz ditali pasta (cooked)

Brown beef and onion.  Drain grease.  Add all other ingredients and simmer.  Delicious on cold days!
