I discovered that I am allergic to stings this summer. I was stung I think by a wasp and ended up in the ER, unable to walk, in July. For Labor Day, we went hiking at Trail of Tears Park and ran into a hornet's nest. I got stung on my hand and leg. Luckily, we were able to start medicine right away and so the swelling was less severe.
