The story of the very expensive nail. We go visit the house everyday. Jacob is always picking up wood the carpenters leave and nails or any other misc. stuff that is interesting to a three year old. He tells me he needs it to build a tree house. So I know I should check pockets before I do laundry but I don't. A nail that had been left in Jacob's pocket lodged into a hole in the washing machine which ended up in a smoke filled duplex. Luckily we were able to replace a motor and belt ourselves...
Joshua enjoying some Missouri watermelon and cruising around the duplex.
