Family Update

For those of you that we don't talk to regularly, I thought I would add a little summary of what is going on in our life right now.
Abe finished his classwork the end of April. We went to Missouri for a two week break so Abe could work some more and Emily and Jacob could visit with family. We had to be back at the end of the two weeks for Abe to begin his rotations. We were braced for the worst--we didn't know how much we would see of him. This rotation however has been very reasonable. He switches sites every 5 weeks for the next year so even if he does get a bad one, it's only for a short time.
Emily is 29 weeks pregnant with baby Joshua. He is due in August. We are very excited to get him here! The plan to survive the long hot summer is to stay really busy--Emily has a garden, is teaching Jacob how to swim, has organized a weekly field trip group and is volunteering on our community association.
Jacob is two and is so much fun. He is talking up a storm and is a great little helper. We have been staying busy with lots of summer activities. As you can see from the pictures posted, we are very proud of him and really enjoy having him in our family!
